1. ENVIRONMENTAL:  A prudent first step is normally to conduct a detailed environmental assessment on the property.   When can an environmental study of Beaverdam Creek be included in the City of Asheville Time Line?
2. PROPERTY OWNER COMMITMENT (July):  Who are parties of contract?   When?  What are document details?   Where available to public?
3. LEGAL STATUS OF FNADP:  Incorporated?  501(c)3?   Charter? Officers? 
4. MAINTENANCE:  In other Dog Parks, what annual expense range.
5. ENDOWMENT:  To fund the range of #4, what is endowment range?
6. NO ENDOWMENT:  What group responsible to raise annual expense?  Accountable to whom?   Reverter Clause to whom in case of failure?
7. MAINTENANCE & UPKEEP:  Schedule?  In contract?  Accountability?   (Sod ?  Mowing?   Mulch cycles?  Poop-bags?  Garbage?   Regulation & Patrol?    Etc.)
